Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Upon inspection, found the ice maker stuck and not operating properly. Replaced the ice maker and tested operation, verifying it cycled properly. Educated the customer that the low water pressure from the reverse osmosis system can affect ice production and ice formation, potentially causing ice to become stuck and interfere with ice maker operation. Customer also advised they are unable to easily remove the ice bucket on their own. Unit checks normal at this time.
