Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for an intermittent water leak. Inspected the drain pan and found it in good condition with no standing water inside the refrigerator or freezer. Found the rear cover getting wet with signs that water was leaking from the freezer drain behind the refrigerator. Replaced the freezer drain pipe and poured water into the evaporator drain pan to test drainage. Verified the water drained properly with no leaks. Also found the drawer is preventing the door from sealing properly. Ordering a replacement drawer. Advised the customer to monitor for any additional leaking. Unit checks normal at this time.
