Repair Summary
Checked washer for clothes developing stains after using bleach and delicate clothing becoming damaged or torn. Inspected and tested the washer and found no mechanical issues. Educated the customer that when using bleach, the Extra Rinse option should be selected to provide additional rinsing and help fully remove residual bleach from the clothing and washer. Also advised the customer to use the Delicate cycle for delicate garments to reduce the risk of fabric damage. No repairs are required at this time. Unit checks normal; customer education provided.
