Repair Summary
Checked washer for not starting a cycle. Customer stated that when attempting to start the washer, it would only hum. Upon arrival, found the basket assembly full of water. The drain pump was receiving voltage but was unable to move water. Used a wet vacuum to remove the standing water, then removed and inspected the drain pump and found the impeller grinding, confirming a failed drain pump. Replaced the drain pump and tested the washer by starting a cycle. Verified the washer fills, agitates, drains, and spins properly. No error codes or leaks found. Unit checks normal at this time.
