Repair Summary
Checked washer for no power. Upon arrival, found the washer disconnected from power. Connected the unit to power and the drain pump immediately began running continuously without being commanded, indicating a failed main control board. Replaced the main control board and calibrated the washer. Tested operation after the repair and verified all functions are operating properly. Unit checks normal at this time.
