Repair Summary
Checked washer for no-spin issues. Upon arrival, ran the washer through the self-test, which completed; however, the unit produced very little spin. Ran a Drain & Spin cycle and found the drain pump remained engaged throughout the cycle while the basket would only spin intermittently for short periods. Determined the main control board was not properly detecting that the tub was empty, preventing the washer from advancing into a full spin. Ordered and installed a new main control board. Calibrated the washer and tested operation through all phases of the wash cycle. Washer is now filling, washing, draining, and spinning properly with no issues. Unit checks normal at this time.
