Repair Summary
Checked washer for noise and not completing cycles properly. Customer stated the display shows the cycle is complete, but the clothes remain wet. Ran diagnostics and verified the washer filled, agitated, and drained properly. Verified the cam and actuator shifted correctly; however, the gearcase was excessively noisy and determined to have failed. A complete tub repair would be required to correct the issue. The warranty company did not approve the repair and will contact the customer directly regarding further resolution.
