Whirlpool Washer - Not Advancing Through Cycle

Repair Summary
Checked washer for not advancing through the cycle. Upon arrival, canceled the cycle that was currently running and started a new cycle. Verified the washer filled with water properly and completed the wash portion of the cycle. Set the washer to a Spin cycle and found the cam assembly underneath the unit was not engaging properly and was producing a loud noise. Replaced the cam, actuator, and main control board as required by the applicable service bulletin. Tested the washer again on a Spin cycle and verified the cam and actuator are now operating properly with no abnormal noise. Unit checks normal at this time.
