Repair Summary
Checked washer for not draining. Upon arrival, inspected the drain pump and found all of the pump impeller blades had broken off, preventing the washer from draining properly. Replaced the drain pump and tested operation. Verified the washer is now filling, washing, and draining correctly. Also leveled and balanced the washer due to excessive wobbling during operation. Advised the customer of the completed repairs. Unit checks normal at this time.
