Repair Summary
Checked washer for not filling with water. Upon arrival, ran a self-test and verified no water was entering the washer. Disconnected the water supply hoses and confirmed good incoming household water pressure, indicating the issue was within the appliance. Replaced the defective water inlet valve and ran full diagnostics. Verified the washer now fills, washes, drains, and spins properly with no issues. Made the customer aware of the repair completed. Unit checks normal at this time.
