Whirlpool Washer - Not Shutting Off

Repair Summary
Checked washer for not shutting off. Upon arrival, diagnosed a faulty main control board. Replaced the control board and calibrated the washer. The water supply was turned off to the unit. When attempting to turn the water back on, found water leaking from the household shutoff valve. Immediately turned the water supply back off and advised the customer that a plumber will need to repair the shutoff valve before the water can safely be restored to the washer.
