Repair Summary
Checked washer for not starting a cycle. Upon arrival, found the lid strikes had fallen off, preventing the washer from starting properly. Replaced the lid strikes and latch assembly together. Tested operation and verified the washer now starts and operates properly. No other issues found at this time. Made the customer aware of the completed repair.
