Model: MVW4505MW1

Location: Fort Myers, FL 33919

Repair Summary

Checked washer for loud banging noises and excessive movement during operation. Customer reported that the washer had moved out of its original position during a cycle. Upon inspection, verified that all leveling feet were securely contacting the floor and the washer was properly leveled. Entered service diagnostic mode and retrieved one stored error code indicating a long drain condition. Inspected the load and found two sheets remaining inside the washer. Although the unit was not overloaded, the sheets were unevenly distributed toward the left side of the basket, creating an unbalanced load condition.

Performed operational testing and verified that the washer fills, agitates, drains, and spins properly with no mechanical issues detected. Redistributed the customer's original load and performed an additional spin cycle, demonstrating that the same load could complete the spin cycle properly when balanced. Educated the customer on pausing the cycle and redistributing items when necessary to prevent excessive vibration, banging noises, and movement. Customer acknowledged and understood the instructions. Unit tested and is operating normally.
