Repair Summary

Checked dryer for abnormal noises during operation. Upon inspection, discovered a crack along the rear section of the drum, causing a repetitive noise each time the damaged area passed over the support roller. Determined that the drum and associated roller pulley required replacement to correct the issue.


Installed the new drum and plastic support assembly. Cleaned the interior dryer vent area to remove accumulated debris and prevent additional noise concerns. Performed operational testing and verified smooth drum rotation with no abnormal noises. Confirmed that the dryer was heating properly and functioning as designed. This model does not support HASS diagnostics. Unit checks normal at this time.
