Repair Summary

Checked washer for not starting a wash cycle. Upon arrival, attempted to start a cycle and confirmed that the lid would not lock, preventing the washer from operating. Further inspection revealed a damaged wiring harness at the bottom of the washer, affecting the unit's operation.

Replaced the damaged wiring harness and associated pump components. Performed operational testing and verified that the washer successfully filled, washed, drained, and spun without any issues. All functions tested properly, and the unit is operating normally at this time.
