Repair Summary
Checked oven for damage inside the oven cavity. Upon inspection, reviewed the owner's manual with the customer and showed where it states that aluminum foil should not be used to line the oven cavity. Contacted technical support to document the findings. Technical support determined the damage was the result of physical damage caused by improper use and advised the condition is not covered under warranty and is not repairable. Reviewed the manufacturer's decision with the customer, who stated they plan to contact Samsung directly to discuss further.
