Samsung Range - Front Burner Issues
Model: NE63A6111SS/AA
Location: North Fort Myers, FL 33903
Repair Summary
Customer complaint was that the right front burner was not regulating temperature properly and that the glass cooktop was broken near the right front burner. Upon inspection, confirmed damage to the glass cooktop and found that the right front burner control switch was sticking during operation. After the burner had been operating for an extended period, the switch would fail to regulate the heating element properly, causing the burner to remain on high heat rather than cycling as designed. Determined that the glass cooktop and right front burner control switch required replacement.
Replaced the damaged glass cooktop assembly and defective right front burner control switch. Following installation, performed operational testing on all four surface burners to verify proper heating and temperature regulation. Confirmed that all four burners heated properly and cycled between high and low heat settings as designed. The right front burner is now regulating temperature correctly, and all four burners passed operational testing. Range is functioning normally upon completion of repairs.
