Repair Summary

Checked dryer for an unusual noise reported by the customer. Upon arrival, the customer described the noise she had been experiencing. Started a drying cycle to duplicate the concern; however, no abnormal noises were detected during testing. Verified that the drum rotates properly and the heating system cycles normally.

Advised the customer to record a video if the noise occurs again to assist with further diagnosis. Customer acknowledged and understood the recommendation. No mechanical or operational issues were identified during the inspection. Unit tested and is operating normally at this time.
