Repair Summary

Checked washer for continuous draining with no lights or display on the control panel. Upon arrival, ran the washer through service diagnostics and retrieved two stored error codes, including a pressure switch fault. Inspected the pressure sensing hose and verified it was clear. Also verified good water pressure from both the hot and cold water supplies. Further diagnosis determined an internal failure within the main control board's pressure-sensing circuit, causing the drain pump to run continuously.


Replaced the main control board, calibrated the washer, and ran an automatic test cycle. Verified the washer fills, washes, drains, and spins properly with no leaks. Unit is now operating properly and checks normal at this time.
