Repair Summary

Checked range for customer complaint of cooktop burners not operating properly. Upon arrival, inspected the cooktop and performed operational testing of the burners to evaluate their functionality. Verified that the burners were responding correctly to the controls and operating as designed, with no mechanical or electrical malfunctions identified during testing.


Provided customer education regarding proper cooktop operation, including how to activate and adjust the burner settings correctly. Explained the importance of using cookware compatible with the cooktop, as improper cookware can interfere with burner performance and heating operation. Demonstrated proper operation to the customer and confirmed that all tested burners were functioning normally. No repairs or parts replacements were necessary. Unit checks normal at this time.
