Repair Summary
Checked dishwasher for a communication error. Customer stated the dishwasher would not allow wash cycle selections due to the communication fault. Replaced the main control board, which was the only part available at the time of service. After installation, the dishwasher initially responded properly; however, during additional testing, the communication error returned. Further diagnosis determined additional components are required to complete the repair. The required parts have been documented and attached. Due to the intermittent communication failure, additional repair time may be required if further issues are found after the remaining parts are installed. The warranty company will locate the required parts and contact the customer with the next steps for repair.
