Bosch Dishwasher - No Drain

Repair Summary

Checked dishwasher for not draining. Upon arrival, found the unit running an extended drain cycle. Canceled the cycle to activate the drain pump and confirmed the pump was running, but no water was being discharged. Disconnected the excess drain hose and verified the dishwasher drained properly into a bucket. Inspected the excess hose and found no visible obstructions, indicating it may have been kinked.


Installed the supplied replacement parts as a precaution and adjusted the drain hose routing to eliminate the double trap. Tested the dishwasher multiple times, both pulled out and fully installed. Verified proper filling, washing, and draining with no issues. Informed customer of the findings and confirmed the unit is operating properly.
