LG Washer - Won't Advance Through Cycle

Repair Summary
Customer reported that the washer would not advance past the rinse cycle into spin, filled with more water than normal without overflowing, and would not respond when attempting to drain. Upon arrival, found the washer unplugged with water remaining in the tub. Restored power and tested the drain function, which operated properly. Unable to duplicate the reported issue.
Ran the diagnostic cycle twice, with both tests passing without errors. Performed a normal wash cycle and verified the washer completed the entire cycle without issues. Advised customer that if the problem returns, the main control board would be the primary suspect. Washer is operating properly at this time.
