Repair Summary
Checked washer for VS error code. Inspected the vibration sensor and verified that the sensor and wiring connector were securely attached. Customer reported experiencing the same issue last spring, which temporarily resolved after resetting power to the unit. Determined that the main control board and vibration sensor required replacement. Noted limited working space around the washer.
Replaced both control boards and the vibration sensor. Ran a spin cycle and verified proper operation with no error codes present. Unit is operating normally at this time.
