Repair Summary
Checked washer for leaking from the water inlet valve solenoid area. Upon inspection, found the customer had previously attempted to replace the component; however, the replacement part was broken and damaged. Customer authorized the repair, and the complete housing assembly was replaced. Tested the washer after the repair and verified there are no leaks from the water valve, housing, or hoses. Unit checks normal at this time.
