GE Dishwasher - H2O Error Code

Repair Summary

Checked dishwasher for H2O error code. Upon inspection, found the pressure switch clogged with mold and debris. Cleaned the pressure switch and retested the unit; the H2O error code cleared. Customer also stated the dishwasher would stop approximately two minutes after starting a cycle. During the initial retest, another error code appeared. Powered the unit off and reinspected the pressure switch connection to verify it was properly installed, then retested the dishwasher. The unit continued running for approximately 10 minutes with no additional error codes. Left the dishwasher running and advised the customer to monitor the cycle and contact us if another error code appears.


Also inspected the installation and found the top mounting bracket had been left installed against the cabinet while the dishwasher was already secured using the side mounting brackets. This caused significant scratching to the side of the dishwasher. Documented the condition for reference. Unit is currently operating with no active error codes.
