Repair Summary
Checked dryer for abnormal noise. Upon arrival, found a loud rattling noise while the dryer was operating. Disassembled the dryer and found significant lint buildup in the blower housing and ventilation areas. Cleaned as much of the accumulated lint and debris as accessible. Further inspection found the rear drum glide/slide showing signs of wear. Replaced the worn component with a new one and reassembled the dryer. Performed a static pressure test and verified proper heat and airflow. Retested the dryer and confirmed the unit is operating significantly quieter with no abnormal rattling noise. Video documentation has been uploaded. Unit checks normal at this time.
