Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for abnormal noise and fresh food section not cooling properly. Upon arrival, found the evaporator fan motor not operating. Disassembled the necessary components and attempted to rotate the motor by hand, finding the motor seized. Provided the customer with a repair estimate, and the customer approved the repair. Replaced the evaporator fan motor and tested operation. Verified the fan is now running properly and the refrigerator is operating as designed. No additional issues found at this time. Unit checks normal.
