Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for abnormal noises. Upon inspection, identified gurgling noises originating from the refrigerant lines behind the rear interior cabinet wall. Further inspection revealed visible deformation of the rear cabinet wall and signs of condensation (sweating) in the affected area. Contacted GE Technical Support to report the findings and submitted documentation of the cabinet deformation, condensation, and abnormal refrigerant noises for further evaluation.


GE Technical Support is currently reviewing the documented findings to determine the appropriate resolution. Due to the condition of the cabinet and refrigerant lines, no repairs were performed at this time. GE will contact the customer directly regarding further resolution and a potential unit exchange.
