GE Fridge - Interior Lights Not Operating

Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for customer complaint of interior lights not operating properly. Upon inspection, discovered a significant crack in the freezer compartment liner along the left side, near the front of the cabinet. Also identified approximately four interior light assemblies that appeared to be missing from the factory. During the inspection, corrected the lighting issue on one side of the refrigerator; however, additional light assemblies were still required to restore full interior illumination. Due to the location and extent of the freezer liner crack, contacted manufacturer Technical Support to report the findings and determine the appropriate course of action.
Discussed the missing lighting components, completed partial lighting repair, and freezer liner damage with Technical Support. After reviewing the condition of the cabinet liner and its proximity to the front of the refrigerator, Technical Support instructed us not to perform any additional repairs at this time. The manufacturer submitted the case for further review to determine the appropriate resolution. Technical Support advised that they would contact Chad within 48 hours with an update regarding the review and next steps. No further repairs were authorized or performed following this instruction. The refrigerator remains pending manufacturer review and final resolution.
