Repair Summary
Checked cooktop for reported abnormal noise and slow heating. Upon arrival, customer had a pot of water prepared for testing. Tested all burners and verified the left front burner brought the water to a high-medium heating level in approximately 2½ minutes. Tested the rear right burner and observed similar heating performance. Tested all burners through their operating settings and verified proper operation with no abnormal noises. Also adjusted the gasket between the glass cooktop and display after finding it had shifted underneath the glass. Retested the unit and found no additional issues. All burners are operating properly at this time.
