GE Washer - Cycle Not Changing

Repair Summary

Customer reported that the washer would not change cycle settings when turning the selector dial. Upon inspection, verified that the washer was receiving the proper 120V power supply. Confirmed that the cycle selector knob was unresponsive and would not change the selected wash cycles, although the other control panel functions remained operational. Determined that the user interface (UI) control board was required to correct the issue.


Customer had received only the main control board and had not received the required UI control board. No repairs were completed during this visit due to the missing part. Customer was advised to contact our office once the UI board arrives so a new service ticket can be created and the repair appointment rescheduled.
