Repair Summary

Checked washer for a no-drain complaint. Upon arrival, verified the drain pump was not operating. Replaced the drain pump and retested; however, the new drain pump still would not energize. Determined the main control board was not supplying power to the drain pump. Returned and replaced the main control board and programmed it to the correct settings according to GE specifications. Tested operation and verified the washer is now draining properly. No other issues found at this time.
