Model: GTW325ASW0WW

Location: LaBelle, FL 33935

Repair Summary

Checked washer for not properly spinning water out of the clothes. Upon inspection, found the drain pump producing excessive noise during operation. Diagnostic evaluation also identified a lid lock error associated with the shifter system, potentially affecting the washer's ability to complete the spin cycle. Determined that the main control board, shifter assembly, drain pump, and lid lock assembly required replacement. Ordered the necessary parts to complete the repair.

Returned and installed the new main control board, shifter assembly, drain pump, and lid lock assembly. Performed operational testing following the repair and verified that the drain pump was operating without excessive noise. Confirmed that the previously detected error codes were no longer present. Uploaded a video documenting proper operation after the repairs. Unit checks normal at this time.
