Repair Summary
Checked washer for stopping in the middle of a cycle and becoming unusable. Upon arrival, verified the washer was receiving proper 120V. Powered the unit on successfully; however, within approximately 30 seconds, the washer powered off automatically and the relays on the main control board began clicking. Connected SmartHQ and ran a service diagnostic report, which showed several stored and active error codes related to the pressure switch, drain system, main control board, and inverter. SmartHQ also showed a mandatory software update. Attempted to complete the software update, but the update failed. Based on the diagnostic results, the unit will require replacement of the affected electronics and drain pump. Ordering the required parts. The warranty company will order any additional parts needed and send them to the customer.
