Repair Summary
Installed the required service bulletin on the refrigerator and tested operation. Initially, the unit would not power on. Found the refrigerator was connected through a customer-supplied smart plug. Disconnected the smart plug and connected the refrigerator directly to the wall outlet. The refrigerator immediately powered on, and the compressor and lights began operating properly with no further issues. Advised the customer to leave the refrigerator connected directly to the outlet and monitor operation for the next 24 hours.
