Repair Summary
Checked dishwasher for concerns with the door opening and brown/rust-colored water appearing along both sides of the door. Explained to the customer that this is dirty wash water coming from the unit when the door opens. Ran diagnostics and found an F1E2 software error. Also found the spray arms dirty and the door latch weak when engaging the striker. Returned and replaced the main control board, door latch, striker, and spray arms. Ran diagnostics after the repair and verified the dishwasher is operating properly at this time.
