Model: ED5FVGXWS07
Location: Estero, FL 33928
Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for reported water leakage and leveling concerns. Customer stated that after replacing the water filter, water began leaking from the filter housing. Based on the customer's description, a defective water filter housing was suspected. Customer also expressed concern that the leveling feet were broken. Inspected the leveling feet and demonstrated to the customer that they were intact and functioning properly. Determined that the flooring was uneven and that the rear of the refrigerator would require shimming to achieve proper leveling.
Adjusted the leveling feet to improve stability and bring the refrigerator back into proper alignment. Dispensed multiple glasses of water to check for leakage, and no leaks were observed during testing. Manually cycled the ice maker and verified operation with no water leakage detected. Refrigerator passed all operational checks performed during the visit. Unit is currently functioning normally, and no active water leaks were found.
