Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Upon arrival, checked temperatures in the freezer, ice room, and fresh food section before opening the doors. Freezer temperature was approximately 10°F, fresh food section was approximately 40–44°F, and the ice room was approximately 20–21°F. Determined the refrigerator was not reaching sufficiently low temperatures for proper ice production. Tested the ice maker and found an 02 error code indicating the ice maker had lost its home position. Adjusted the freezer temperature lower for the customer and provided an estimate for the recommended repair. Customer declined the repair and decided to replace the refrigerator. No further repairs performed.
