Repair Summary

Checked dishwasher for reported water leakage during operation. Upon arrival, initiated a wash cycle and carefully pulled the dishwasher out from the cabinet to allow access for a thorough inspection. Operated the dishwasher for approximately one hour while monitoring the unit for signs of water leakage. Inspected the water connections, surrounding areas, and base of the dishwasher. No active leaks were observed or could be duplicated during testing.


Inspected the float switch and leak detection area in the bottom base of the dishwasher and confirmed the area was completely dry, with no evidence of accumulated water. Also inspected the garbage disposal connection and verified that the dishwasher drain inlet knockout plug had been removed. After extended operational testing, no water leaks or abnormal conditions were identified. Dishwasher checks normal at this time, and the reported leak could not be duplicated.
