Repair Summary
Checked dryer for no power. Upon arrival, started by checking voltage at the outlet and found improper incoming power. Measured only 86V between L1 and L2 and 30V between Neutral and L1. Advised the customer that an electrician will need to inspect the outlet and electrical supply to determine the cause of the voltage issue. No repairs were made to the dryer. Returning the parts that were sent for the repair. Advised the customer to contact us if any further issues are found after the electrical problem is corrected.
