Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the right-side door not closing automatically and making an abnormal noise when closing. Upon inspection, determined the right-side automatic door-closing mechanism is defective and requires replacement. The required replacement part is currently unavailable. Contacted the warranty company and provided the findings. The warranty company instructed us to close the work order and will contact the customer directly regarding further resolution. No repair performed at this time.
