LG Fridge - Not Dispensing Filtered Water

Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for not dispensing filtered water. Upon arrival, removed the water filter and found there was no pressure holding the filter in place, allowing it to be removed easily. Tested the refrigerator water supply and verified good water pressure. Reinstalled the filter and found that the high water pressure required additional force to fully seat and twist the filter into the locked position. Properly installed and secured the filter, then tested the water dispenser and verified proper filtered water flow with no issues. Demonstrated the proper filter installation procedure to the customer and explained that shutting off the refrigerator's water supply before removing or installing the filter will relieve pressure and make the filter easier to install. Unit checks normal at this time.
