Repair Summary
Checked washer for intermittent improper water filling. Customer stated the washer does not fill properly on every load. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran the washer through an automatic test cycle, which completed successfully with no issues. Checked the hot and cold water supply and verified good water pressure with no restrictions. Tested the washer through the fill, wash, drain, and spin functions and verified proper operation. Uploaded videos documenting the washer filling, washing, draining, and spinning properly. The intermittent issue could not be duplicated during today's service. Unit checks normal at this time.
