Repair Summary
Checked washer for an intermittent "Lo Flo" error occurring during the wash cycle. The customer stated the error appears randomly after several completed cycles. Retrieved stored error code F8E1 (Low Water Flow) during diagnostics. Verified the household water supply and pressure were normal. Confirmed the cold water valve fills through the flow meter before entering the dispenser drawer. Ran multiple test cycles using both hot and cold water, and the washer filled each cycle with good pressure. It is recommended to replace the water valves. Because the failure could not be duplicated, customer elected to replace the washer rather than proceed with repairs. No repairs were performed.
