Repair Summary

Checked washer for F9E1 error code indicating a long drain condition. Upon arrival, entered service diagnostics and confirmed the stored error code. Tested the drain pump and found it receiving proper voltage but not moving water, confirming the drain pump was faulty. Replaced the drain pump and verified it was properly secured with no leaks. During the overall inspection, found the basket leaning toward the left. Although the suspension appeared to be functioning properly, replaced the suspension components as a precaution. Properly leveled the washer and verified the unit was stable with no rocking. Tested the washer and confirmed it fills, agitates, drains, and spins properly. Unit checks normal at this time.
