Midea Dishwasher - E1 Error Code

Repair Summary
Checked dishwasher for E1 error code indicating a long drain condition. Customer stated the same issue has occurred approximately four times over the past couple of months; however, the dishwasher has drained properly each time we have serviced it. Cycled the dishwasher five times during the initial visit with no failures observed. Based on the recurring complaint, ordered the main control board and drain pump as preventative repairs, as either component could contribute to the reported condition. Verified the drain hose was properly secured and uploaded video documentation showing proper drain flow.
Returned to complete the repair but was unable to fully remove the dishwasher due to the installation. Customer acknowledged the dishwasher had been forced into place after additional tile was installed over existing tile. Was able to replace the main control board only. Also found the power cord and electrical outlet showing signs of arcing. This condition can cause voltage drops and may result in the dishwasher stopping during a cycle. Advised the customer that the power cord is not covered under warranty and that a licensed electrician will be required to inspect and replace the electrical outlet. Customer is aware of these findings. Unit remains limited by installation and electrical concerns.
