Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon inspection, found the compressor was not running while the remainder of the refrigerator was powered and operating. Tested the compressor windings and measured approximately 16.5 ohms across all three terminals. Ordered the main control board and inverter, with the possibility of compressor replacement if the issue remained. Returned and found the incorrect inverter had been supplied. Replaced the main control board, but the compressor still would not start. Returned with the correct inverter and installed it; however, the compressor still failed to start. Contacted tech support and confirmed the compressor was not starting after replacement of both the main control board and inverter. The unit was submitted for further review, and customer service will contact the customer with the next steps.
