Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for a complaint of the freezer section not cooling properly. Upon arrival, checked the freezer temperature and found it at approximately 3°F, which is within the normal operating range. Verified the compressor was operating properly. Found the refrigerator positioned too close to the wall with little to no airflow around the rear of the unit, which could cause the compressor to overheat and temporarily shut down. Pulled the refrigerator away from the wall to improve ventilation. Inspected both door gaskets and verified both doors are closing and sealing properly around the entire perimeter. No mechanical issues found at this time. Educated the customer on the findings and proper ventilation around the refrigerator.
