Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for water overflowing into the drain pan behind the unit. Upon arrival, the customer stated they had already cleaned the water and vacuumed out the drain pan. Upon inspection, found the French doors were out of level, preventing the center mullion from sealing properly. This created an air gap, allowing warm air to enter the fresh food compartment and causing excessive condensation on the rear wall and shelving. Dried the moisture, leveled the refrigerator, and adjusted the mullion to provide the proper clearance so it no longer dragged across the lower cabinet and sealed correctly when the doors were closed. Verified the doors and mullion now operate properly and seal as designed. Unit checks normal.
